Blue sparkle Alloy Wheels

At Smartworld we’re able to cut and colour any make or model of alloy wheels, we have our own diamond CNC lathe which means that Curb damage can either be re-cut using our diamond CNC lathe, primed and then painted or  machine face wheels can then be re-cut, painted and cleared. Also regular alloy wheels can be prepped, primed, painted and cleared.

In this instance the customer wanted to make their alloy wheels standout and give them a blue sparkle as you can see.  The Industry leading process the Smartworld team goes through on receiving your alloy wheels starts with all the alloy wheels being individually inspected by hand on arrival – the wheels are blasted to remove final layers of corrosion creating a finish ready for coating and repaired where necessary.  The alloy wheels are computer lathed taking the material to original manufacturer’s specification and then put into our paint shop for colour finishing – When a precise and diamond cut finish is required they are machined on a computer lathe. A wet lacquer is added to the whole wheel and it is oven baked once again. – Final quality control and inspection.  In this case the colour coding involves a complete bare metal strip down, prime, colour. This is finished with a clear-coat lacquer that provides a protective finish and we have a huge library of colours to choose from, why not personalise and custom your alloy wheels.
